01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

at77win strictly enforces an 18+ age requirement across all services. at77win reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, at77win will suspend the account and withhold any pending PKR withdrawals until verification is resolved.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each natural person may hold exactly one at77win account. This restriction applies per individual, per household, per IP address (where multiple accounts appear to originate from the same network), and per payment method. Holding, operating, or benefiting from more than one at77win account is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during at77win account registration — including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or another person's information during at77win registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any PKR balance.

2.4 Account Security

You must notify at77win immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. at77win is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials with any third party.

2.5 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your at77win account at any time by contacting the English-language support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any PKR balance remaining in the account at the time of closure — net of active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements — will be refunded through your verified withdrawal method.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

at77win accepts PKR deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistan players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). at77win reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods and will notify players of material changes through platform announcements.

3.4 Currency

USDT deposits are accepted and converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed deposit. at77win is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between USDT and PKR for crypto deposit transactions.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses offered by at77win — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are available to eligible Pakistan players who satisfy the qualifying conditions published in the at77win Promotions section at the time of the offer. at77win reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already opted in and satisfied the qualifying conditions.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's at77win account are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as PKR. Wagering requirements, contribution rates per game category, time limits, and maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active are published on each individual promotion page.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

at77win employs automated and manual analysis to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and systematic withdrawal immediately after meeting minimum wagering thresholds. Where bonus abuse is identified, at77win reserves the right to void bonus winnings and, in repeated cases, permanently close the account.

4.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless a specific bonus offer states otherwise, the maximum PKR amount withdrawable from winnings generated on bonus funds is capped as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Winnings exceeding this cap derived purely from bonus play are not withdrawable and will be removed from the balance upon withdrawal request.

05 Game Rules & Fairness

5.1 Certified Random Number Generators

All slot titles and RNG-based table games offered on at77win utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation. Self-exclusion once activated cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

at77win strictly prohibits creating a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion. Any account opened during a self-exclusion period will be immediately closed, funds returned, and the exclusion period reset.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on at77win and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of PKR balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or using another person's personal information;
• Opening or operating more than one at77win account;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any scripted tool to interact with at77win games or services;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any such wins must be reported to at77win immediately and are subject to forfeiture;
• Collusion with other players or with at77win staff;
• Money laundering or using at77win to process funds of unlawful origin;
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour directed at any at77win staff member;
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit at77win's proprietary software or game content.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on at77win — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trade names, text, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of at77win or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use at77win solely for personal entertainment purposes. No player is authorised to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any at77win content without express prior written consent from at77win.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, at77win shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of PKR funds arising from a player's own error, negligence, or failure to log out of a shared device;
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party service disruptions outside at77win's direct control;

at77win's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that player's at77win account at the time of the claim. at77win does not disclaim liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

at77win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference and is available in full at at77win's Privacy Policy page.

By registering with at77win, Pakistan players consent to the processing of their personal data — including name, mobile number, payment details, and gaming history — for the purposes of account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and personalised service. at77win does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, etc.) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process PKR transactions.

11 Amendments to These Terms

at77win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes to withdrawal policy, fee structures, or bonus wagering rules — at77win will provide registered Pakistan players with at least 7 days' notice via in-account notification or registered email before the revised Terms take effect.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
